Terms of Service

By accessing or using the StilBiz platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of StilBiz, including salon owners, business administrators, staff members, and end clients who interact with businesses via the platform.

StilBiz is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for salons, barbershops, spas, and wellness businesses. The Service includes appointment scheduling, staff management, client management, point-of-sale, and related features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use StilBiz, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a StilBiz account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or misrepresent your identity.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without our written permission.
• Interfere with the performance or availability of the Service for other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file automatically.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

For refund requests or billing disputes, contact billing@stilbiz.com within 14 days of the charge.

StilBiz and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, designs, trademarks, and content. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform (e.g., business photos, service descriptions). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and process that content for the purpose of providing the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any client data you upload or process through the platform, and for obtaining any necessary consents from your clients under applicable data protection law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StilBiz and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if we determine your use poses a risk to other users or the platform. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.

Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Devinsol is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
